Shipping and Returns
How do I select my shipping choice and how much is shipping?
  Various shipping options with associated costs are offered to you during the checkout process prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We ship via FedEx, USPS, or you can also choose "In-Store Delivery" should you like to pick up at our office.
What is your Return Policy and how do I return an item?

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Please contact Customer Service to inform us of the return, and the reason for return. Refunds will not be granted for items returned after 30 days and/or without contacting us.

Receiving a Refund

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. For return items, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Customer Service to inform us of the problem.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.

In-Store Returns

Why did CSI discontinue the $12.00 flat rate shipping option for Ready-to-Drink?
We understand it appears that shipping rates have jumped up, however unfortunately they’ve always been this high.  The previous $12 flat rate system charged some customers more than actual shipping cost, while on the majority of orders CSI swallowed the additional cost over the $12.00 charge.  The new pricing structure, including quantity discounts and our bundle shipping, helps save nearly all of our customers money on their orders.  Additionally, this system gives expedited shipping options not previously offered. 
Please note that the shipping pricing that you see on the system is the exact pricing we are charged by FedEx or USPS (we do not surcharge for shipping or handling).

Do you ship to my country?
  Only orders placed for shipment to the 50 United States are processed through this system.  For international orders please call Customer Services.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
